It is not difficult to change your eating habits. Start your day by having oatmeal or other cereal as these are high in fiber and low in calories. Oatmeal is one of the best foods to kick-start your digestive system as it contains a great deal of fiber. You will soon get to know which cereals are good for you and which will simply load you up with empty calories.

A switch to high fiber, low calorie foods will do this for you without much effort on your part.
